1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AIDEN Testimonials ("the Service"), operated by Redbaez Pty Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses the Service.

2. Account Terms

You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. AIDEN Testimonials cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your account secure.

You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Posting false, misleading, or fabricated testimonials
• Using the Service for spam or unsolicited communications
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringing the intellectual property rights of others
• Using the Service to store or transmit malicious code

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in our refund policy. We use Stripe to process payments securely. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all testimonials and content you collect through the Service. By using AIDEN Testimonials, you grant us a limited licence to store, display, and process your content solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. Upon account deletion, your data will be removed from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Service Availability

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice where possible. We are not liable for any downtime or loss of data resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including infrastructure outages or force majeure events.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Redbaez Pty Ltd and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including ownership clauses and liability limitations.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
