  • Billing information: processed securely through Stripe (we do not store card details)
  • Testimonial content: text, ratings, photos, and video testimonials submitted through your collection pages
  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, and actions taken within the Service

We also collect certain technical information automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, and device information, to operate and improve the Service.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
  • Process payments and send billing communications
  • Send transactional emails such as account confirmations and notifications
  • Respond to support requests and enquiries
  • Monitor and analyse usage to improve the Service
  • Detect and prevent fraud or misuse
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Third-Party Processors

We share data with trusted third-party service providers only as necessary to operate the Service. These include:

Supabase

Database and authentication infrastructure. Your account data and testimonials are stored on Supabase. Data is hosted on AWS infrastructure in your selected region.

Stripe

Payment processing. Stripe handles all payment card data. We receive only a tokenised reference. Stripe is PCI DSS compliant.

Anthropic

AI-powered features such as sentiment analysis. Testimonial text may be sent to Anthropic's API for processing. Anthropic does not use API data for model training by default.

Resend

Transactional email delivery. Your email address is shared with Resend to send account and notification emails.

Sentry

Error monitoring and performance tracking. Sentry may capture limited technical data about errors, including device and browser information. We configure Sentry to minimise personal data capture.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers via Supabase. We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to personal data is restricted to personnel who need it to provide the Service. Despite our efforts, no security system is impenetrable. We will notify affected users promptly in the event of a data breach as required by law.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and maintain your session. We may also use analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may prevent parts of the Service from functioning correctly.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data (right to erasure)
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Receive your data in a portable format

7. GDPR Compliance

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, our legal basis for processing your personal data is your consent (where applicable), the performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Service, and compliance with legal obligations. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Our operator is Redbaez Pty Ltd, based in Australia, which is recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection.

8. Testimonial Submitter Privacy

When individuals submit testimonials through your AIDEN Testimonials collection page, their name, photo, and testimonial content are collected on your behalf. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents from your customers before collecting their testimonials and for using that content in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Submitters may contact us at support@redbaez.com to request removal of their data.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice within the Service. The updated policy will be effective from the date shown at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after that date constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
